We stand behind our gear, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period to ensure your boots and apparel meet the demands of the job site. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide free returns and easy exchanges on all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve our gear.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
